We worked with Alpine Guide Albania to completely redesign its existing website and create a more professional, user-friendly platform for its travel services.

The project went beyond improving the appearance of the old website. We restructured how tours and destinations were presented, improved the mobile experience, and made it easier for customers to explore packages and enquire about bookings.

Alongside the website, we created the agency’s Google Business Profile to establish its presence on Google Search and Maps and make the business easier to discover.

An Outdated Website That Didn't Meet the Business's Needs
Alpine Guide Albania had an existing website, but its outdated design, confusing navigation, and poor mobile experience made it difficult for customers to explore available tours.
As a travel agency offering everything from hiking and outdoor adventures to cultural trips and sightseeing experiences, the business needed a website that could properly showcase its full range of services.
The client wanted a modern, professional platform where travellers could easily find relevant tours, compare packages, and request personalised experiences.
They also needed the flexibility to add new destinations and update existing tours as the business expanded, alongside a Google Business Profile to strengthen their online presence.

Our Strategy

A Better Experience for Travellers, a More Flexible Platform for the Business
We developed a strategy that addressed both the problems with the existing website and the agency's wider business needs.
First, we prioritised mobile usability, since travellers often research destinations and compare tours on their phones. We planned simpler navigation, clearer layouts, and easier access to booking enquiries.
Next, we structured the website around different tour categories, destinations, and travel interests, allowing customers to find relevant experiences without browsing through unrelated packages.
We also planned detailed individual tour pages and a flexible content structure, making it easier for the agency to introduce new packages and promote different experiences as its services expanded.

Complete Website Redesign & Google Business Profile Setup
We redesigned and developed Alpine Guide Albania's website from scratch, replacing the old website with a modern, fully responsive travel agency website.
We rebuilt the navigation, organised tours into clear categories, and created dedicated pages featuring itineraries, pricing, images, and essential trip information. We also included enquiry options for customers interested in existing packages or personalised travel experiences.
The website was designed to work smoothly across mobile, tablet, and desktop, with a structure that allows the agency to manage and expand its tour offerings.And ofcourse it needed to look good.
Alongside the website, we created and configured its Google Business Profile, making the agency discoverable through Google Search and Maps.

Alpine Guide Albania now has a professional travel agency website that replaces its outdated platform and brings its different tours, destinations, and travel packages together in one place.
